Jessica offers private yoga sessions to those looking for a more individualized experience. Whether you are brand new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or an experienced yogi looking to advance his or her practice, Jessica will customize each session to meet you where you are and build from there. Jessica teaches with a strong focus on safe alignment, breath, and mindfulness.

With a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy, Jessica is also uniquely qualified to offer private yoga as a therapeutic tool to promote healing and restore health following disease, injury, or illness. Jessica works with clients with orthopedic, neurological, and/or psychological impairments in an individual setting using yoga poses, breathwork, and mindfulness exercises to promote health.
